This is a beautiful Shagan Dori Rumal Potli bags. It is made in Red tissue with beautiful sequins embroidery work in the middle.
These are used during shagan or chunni chadhana ceremony and put in the bride and groom’s lap. All the shagan is collected in this and once the ceremony is over, you can just pull the strings and it becomes a potli bag.
